This blog is filled with my recommendations for the best of the best in the Manuel Antonio – Quepos Area, from a tourist – turned resident's perspective.

2. I am not Lonely Planet (or any such company), and have not visited every place in the Manuel Antonio – Quepos area, the recommendations here are based solely on my experiences. As I visit more locations and go on additional tours, I will update the blog accordingly.
3. If I have had a bad experience somewhere, I will not discuss it on this site, as the intent here is to provide you with my recommendations for the best places, not to discount a person or company who might have had a bad day. Having said that, if you do not read about a location or company here, it does not mean they are not worthy of your patronage, it may just mean that I have had no experiences with them.
